Kevin is a dedicated family man and a professional in the field of aerospace technology, happily married to Kelly since 2003. Together, they are proud parents of three beautiful children who share their love for adventure and the great outdoors. The family’s weekends are often filled with camping trips, canoeing excursions, and hiking adventures as they explore the stunning natural beauty of Canada. They especially cherish their time spent at their property on the Magnetawan River, one of Ontario’s premier whitewater rivers, where Kevin’s passion for whitewater canoeing truly comes to life. He can also be found running rapids on various rivers across Ontario throughout the year, including during the winter months, when he enthusiastically claims, “pay no attention to the cold, as this is when the water runs its best!”

Professionally, Kevin works for Raytheon ELCAN Technologies, a world-renowned defense company located in Midland, Ontario. His career at ELCAN has been nothing short of impressive, with Kevin holding various positions such as Departmental Manager, Quality Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, and now serving as a Program Manager. He has also held the position of Chairman on the Advisory Council where he led contract negotiations and is the longest running member of the ELCAN Pension Committee. The legacy of his family at ELCAN runs deep; his grandfather immigrated from Germany in 1959 to work there, followed by his father, Hans, both of whom dedicated over 40 years each to the company. 

While Kevin’s day-to-day responsibilities involve spearheading the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge technologies, he also nurtures a keen interest in business and real estate investing. This passion not only complements his manufacturing expertise but also fuels his entrepreneurial spirit. Kevin strives to balance his career with his love for family, adventure, and continual personal growth, making him a well-rounded individual committed to his professional and personal pursuits.
