Leo is the Principal of DeLoyde Development Solutions, a specialized consultancy providing expert planning and economic development since 2014.  Leo has a BES in urban and regional planning, a MES in Community Planning and completed Executive Training at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.

Leo is a registered professional planner who brings 46 years of community and economic development experience in the Greater Toronto Area and Northern Ontario.  

Leo is well respected and known in Ontario for his leadership in strategic planning, community engagement, environmental planning, organizational design, conflict resolution, critical problem-solving and transportation.
